Spencer Mahar – Art Director

A multi-faceted Art Director, Spencer brings twenty full years of industry experience to the GEM Team. Graduating at the top of his class at Green Mountain College, Spencer has also seasoned his passion for graphic design and extensive knowledge through his agency experience and additional design coursework at the Yale School of Art.

The in-house outdoorsman of the team, Spencer enjoys things that truly put the word “active” in activity – sea kayaking, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking, P90X, and, of course, Jeepin’.

Joe Lane – Account Manager JOEY_IMAGES

Joe comes to GEM with a diverse background in business development, office/client management, customer service and sales. Previously, Joe worked as the Assistant Director of Advancement at Xavier High School before taking his work experience to a Middletown-based web design company as the Client Services Coordinator. During this time, Joe helped grow the staff size by 140% in less than a calendar year.

The Middletown native enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, coaching his son’s little league baseball team and playing golf and basketball.

Graduating with a B.S. in Web Design and Development, Jeremiah comes aboard with a portfolio containing work on nearly 100 different websites in just a six year period. He has also created code for web apps on behalf of some of the nation’s leading parking operation/management companies, including LAZFly, Propark America, Blue Sky Parking and Canopy Airport Parking.

When away from the office, the Farmington-based Python/Django developer enjoys gaming, computers, writing code and “spending the occasional minute outside to avoid looking like a ghost.”
